The party

The begining of our relationship was on February 9, 2013. We've been together for a little over a decade now, and we're so excited to celebrate this milestone with our loved ones.

We will be all together on Saturday July 13, 2024, from 4 pm to celebrate our ten years together.

The location

The party will take place at the Clos de Beaurepaire, 8 rue du Château, Champigny-sur-Aube.

This property is located in the northern part of the Aube department, on the edge of the village of Champigny-sur-Aube and just a 5-minute drive from the small town of Arcis-sur-Aube (population 3,000).

The property features a ballroom, a large park, and private parking.

What to expect

This will not be a wedding! So here are a few things to know:

We will welcome you from 4 p.m. with sweet snacks, and the garden party will start at 7p.m. If the weather is nice, we hope to have dinner outside.

We kindly rquest you to fill a short form to help us prepare.

Getting there

The Clos de Beaurepaire is at the edge of the village de Champigny-sur-Aube. It is quite remote and can't directly be accessed with public transport.

By train

The clos de Beaurepaire is a 40-minute drive from the Troyes train station.

There is a direct train from Paris Gare de l'Est.

If you are coming from Zurich, you will have two options:

There are several car rental companies at the Troyes train station.

We can also arrange for a car to pick you up from the train station and take you to the venue. Please let us know your train details so we can make the necessary arrangements.

By car

The venue is conveniently located near the A26 highway, exit 21 (Vallée de l'Aube, Arcis-sur-Aube).

There is also a private parking lot on site.

Since many of our guests will be arriving from Zurich, Paris, Lyon, or the Pas-de-Calais, we are exploring the possibility of organizing carpooling. If you would like to be a driver or passenger, please let us know where you are coming from and how many passengers you can accommodate.

By bike

Our amazing guests taking their bike will have access to a shower and a secure bike storage on site.

Accommodation

We have booked accommodation on and off-site for our guests. Let us know if you would like to take advantage of this option when filling out the RSVP form.

The accommodation is booked from Friday to Sunday (two nights). You are welcome to arrive on Friday. We expect several guests to choose this option, and we will be there to greet you. However, we will be busy with the preparations, so we will not be able to plan dinner for you on Friday or lunch on Saturday before the party.

If you would like to help with the preparations, we would be grateful for your assistance. We will need help welcoming other guests before the party, and we will also need drivers.

Short term rentals and BnBs

There are many short-term rental houses and bed-and-breakfast options available in the area. You can find them on the Gîtes de France website (in French). It is best to book early, as demand is high in the Summer.

We can also share a list of addresses recommended by the owners of the Clos de Beaurepaire.

If you prefer a hotel, there is the hotel Saint-Hubert (in French) in Arcis-sur-Aube (8km away).

Camping

Oh, really?! If you would like to bring your tent and camp here, we would be happy to accommodate you. We will make sure you have access to all of the facilities, including the restrooms and showers.

For kids

You might know we are no experts in childcare. We appreciate you letting us know in advance of any needs your children may have. We have a dedicated kids' room, and we can also arrange for a nurse if needed.

We will have a dedicated kids' menu, but if you would prefer to manage your children's food, we have a fridge and microwave oven available for your use.
